We're located at 3350 Pawtucket Ave #E, East Providence, RI 02914, just across the Providence border. Easy parking, accessible, welcoming to everyone from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
We're locally owned and operated by brothers Paulo and Vinícius Canabarro, both black belt professors with 15+ years of experience. Our instructors train alongside their students. Classes are structured with progression in mind—whether you're 4 years old or 70, you'll find the right fit.
We prioritize safety, technique, and community. You won't find ego on our mats. What you will find: patient instructors, a welcoming atmosphere, and real friendships that extend beyond training.
Our black belt professors bring 15+ years of training and have coached 200+ athletes to competition podiums. More importantly: they're teachers first. They understand how to break down technique, meet students where they are, and inspire growth without pressure.
Lineage: Our coaches trace their lineage through Tim Burrill and Master Carlos Machado, back to Carlos Gracie. That lineage means real jiu jitsu—technique over strength, respect over ego.
Your first week is completely free. No commitment. No pressure. Come 10 minutes early, meet the team, ask questions. We'll fit you into a class appropriate for your age and experience. You'll warm up with the group, learn one technique in detail, drill with partners, and finish with cool-down stretching.
