The Bridge To
Adult Training.

The Teens program is designed to develop serious Jiu Jitsu in the years before adult training begins. Students in this age group can handle more intensity, more complexity, and a higher pace — and we train them accordingly.

Classes focus on technique, live drilling, and competitive preparation. Many of our adult students started as teens. The foundation gets built here.

Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15 to 7:00 PM. First week is free.

What Teens Build Here

Skills That
Transfer.

Physical Confidence

Knowing how to handle yourself physically changes everything. Teens who train Jiu Jitsu carry themselves differently — and it shows.

Stress Management

Hard training is a pressure valve. Teens who roll regularly have an outlet for the stress that builds up — and build real mental resilience.

Respect & Accountability

Jiu Jitsu is built on mutual respect. You tap when you need to. Your partner stops immediately. That culture transfers to real life.

Competition Experience

Teens who want to compete have a clear path. Local and regional tournaments build experience, toughness, and long-term competitive development.

A Path Forward

Many of our adult students started as teens. The skills and habits built here carry them straight into adult training with a major head start.

Identity & Purpose

Jiu Jitsu gives teens something to be proud of, something to work toward, and a community that pushes them to be better.
