Juniors is where kids stop playing and start training. Students ages 9–12 learn real technique, real positions, and real rolling — in an environment that's still fun, still encouraging, still age-appropriate.
Classes blend warm-up drilling, technique instruction, and supervised live sparring. Belt progression gives every student a clear target to work toward.
No prior experience needed. Beginners and more experienced kids train side by side and push each other forward.
Sweeps, escapes, submissions, takedowns — Juniors students learn the same fundamentals that build black belts. Done right, from day one.
Jiu Jitsu is hard. Kids who stay with it learn to handle frustration, setbacks, and pressure — skills that carry far beyond the mat.
Win or lose, training partners shake hands and come back the next class. Respect is built into every session.
Structured classes with clear expectations build the habit of showing up, paying attention, and doing the work consistently.
Students who want to compete have a clear path. We prep kids for local tournaments — experience level, never pressure.
Knowing you can handle yourself on the mat changes how you carry yourself everywhere else. Every belt earned is proof.

"The coaches genuinely care about your progress, and the community feels like family. I bring my daughter to the children's classes and it has helped her grow tremendously both mentally and physically. A deeply personal thank you — training here has helped us a lot."
