Programs start at age 4, and our oldest students are in their 70s. Jiu Jitsu is beneficial at every age — it's never too late to start. Every program is purpose-built for that stage of life, taught by the same black belts on the same mats.
Beginners through advanced. Morning and evening classes Monday through Friday, plus Saturday Open Mat. Whether you've never trained or you're prepping for competition — there's a class for where you are right now.
Fundamentals through play. Confidence, coordination, and friendships on the mat.
Technique, discipline, and real competition prep. They start building a BJJ game here.
Real skills, mental toughness, and confidence that carries off the mat. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 PM.
Paulo and Vinícius Canabarro have been training since 2009. Black belts under Tim Burrill and Master Carlos Machado since January 2017. Built Playground to bring that lineage to East Providence — and they're on the mat every single day.
